Ref GNLP5014 - Proposed Traveller Site A47 North Burlingham Junction.
I strongly object for the following reasons: -
Local infrastructure is unable to cope, the local Lingwood primary School is already over-subscribed with no ability to expand. Doctors surgeries in the proximity of the proposed site are also full to capacity.
Close proximity to the A47 (even after the proposed road redevelopment) will pose a significant risk to the Traveller community, in particular their children and animals.
Site location is grade 1 agricultural land which is known to flood and has drainage problems. The proposed site will exacerbate the problem.
