Any works should be staggered so traffic growth can be monitored along with the impact on services.
Whilst the village of Hevingham is not directly effected by the two proposed sites in Aylsham, the Parish Council would ask that should these sites be granted, any works are staggered so traffic growth can be monitored along with the impact on services. The A140 Cromer Road takes a lot of traffic through Hevingham to Norwich and out to the coast and is already a very busy road, which often makes leaving the side roads from the village onto the A140 very difficult. If traffic increases further, measures will be needed to help traffic trying to leave the village and join the A140. Many of the residents of Hevingham use the Doctors, Dentists and Schools in Aylsham and the Parish Council would not want to see those affected by an increase in numbers.
