Full text:

The Parish Council objects most strongly to the increase to 50 dwellings from that proposed under regulation 18 consultation. They see this as the "thin edge of the wedge" for future large scale development in that area. This would be totally out of keeping with the village. The Council feels that rather than increasing the allocation at this site it would be better to concentrate on infill applications within the village envelope which they feel would easily match this increase.
