At this stage we offer the following comments:
1. That all new site allocations should be limited to sites within the existing settlement boundaries of villages.
2. That all development is phased so that existing sites allocated in the current GNLP to 2038 have to be built out before any new sites added in to 2045 can be developed.
3. That the buffer is kept to the minimum number possible.
