Twenty five houses on this site will have an unacceptable impact on the local environment and community. Surrounding roads are inadequate; there are no schools, no shops, no surgery and no realistic transport services. It will damage agricultural land, destroy wildlife habitats and cause over population of a small historic village already bereft of resources. Additional traffic to and from this site will pollute the village centre and increase congestion exiting Church Road onto the A140, a junction already dangerous to negotiate.
