Access to this site is dangerous , its on blind bend , children's play area near by too. Also additional vehicles turning onto already busy A140. Some area's of village have no path's.
The village have limited amenities, which will put pressure on local village Mulbarton for Doctors,Schools, Shops.
Also this would destroy a productive agricultural field.
Loss of wildlife, Skylarks, Marsh Harriers,Deers, etc.Loss of dog walking routes.
