The Large agricultural field GNLP 2121 is outside the Village boundary for building and development. In the GNLP's own CONSTRAINTS ANALYSIS following issues are flagged up as being Unsatisfactory
* Accessibility to services
* Transport & Roads
* Biodiversity and Geodiversity
* Historic Environment
* Townscapes
IN ADDITION the analysis fails to take into account the FLOOD RISK that would be created by developing such a large piece of agricultural land adjoining Low Road Wortwell which regularly floods as it stands in the Waveney Valley.
* A development of this size would double the village population with almost no amenities.
