I wish to fully endorse the comprehensive list of objections already submitted by Wortwell Parish Council: the corollary of this proposal is to significantly and detrimentally alter the character of what is a charming, peaceful, rural village. We moved from Poringland about 3.5 years ago now: you need only to visit there to witness the loss of character that unrestrained and disproportionate building results in: it is horrible and also results in tremendous strain being put on existing infrastructure. To propose to increase this village size by a factor of 1.5 is absolutely ludicrous. Hopefully, common sense will prevail.
