This traveller and gypsy site would make access for dog walkers to the water meadow difficult.
Use of calor gas on the site would be dangerous.
The road gets contested due to a school close by and parents using this area to turn their cars around.
It is on the boundaries of a conservation site.
We have lots of wildlife that use the area as habitat.
Within a built up residential area, which are mainly occupied by elderly people.
Noise would be an issue.
Flooding and poor sewage works.
Regular burst water mains.
