Appropriate sites close by such as Ketteringham Depot.
No privacy due to built up residential area.
Regular use of water meadow by dog walkers and nature photographers.
Situated next to a meadow that floods very badly.
Poor sewers.
Protected species found to be living close by.
Busy road due to school and parents collecting. Also tight squeeze for bin collections and deliveries.
Sites historically being left in a state of disrepair.
Use of calor gas close to bonfires and the main gas line to Bowthorpe under proposed site.
Noise problems.
Access is on a private road which needs work.
