Danger due to Calor gas use.
Poor access due to narrow road and private access which would need to be changed.
The site also would not support environmental sustainability or the amount of wildlife located in the area.
The amount of people that come and go would not give appropriate privacy for the gypsy and traveller families, especially with the road being used by parked cars and parents picking up the children from the school.
I believe that while there is a site like Kettringham Depot available, there would be no need for Bawburgh to be approved.
