village is growing too fast narrow roads , small school difficult to get doctors appointment now , no back up for expansions, bought house because it was a village not a town that it looks like it will become.

would be a shame to loose all the wild life ie:- grass snakes, hares, badgers, rabbits harvest mice, occasional, munt-jac deer and the enormous amount brown pheasants and unusual black pheasants.

education infrastructure already stretched to its limits aswell as the ability to provide a decent level of healthcare in the area.
based on the area of the land I am presuming this is going to be a large development of housing. The local school is not of a sufficient size for the existing children it has let alone it having to cope with more. The children already have to eat their lunch in 15 minute staggered sittings 2/3 year groups at a time because the hall is simply not big enough. Not only will the education infrastructure struggle to cope but the doctors surgery is struggling to cope with demand too. I recently had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment to see the gp - I obviously need to have a crystal ball and know 4 weeks ahead when me or my family are going to need medical intervention. This proposal is absolutely ridiculous!

I was born in the village and this with other planed lots the school is full beyond its limits buses the shop that they wont use this will no longer be a village this boils down to pure greed off local farmers. And plus this will destroy our view and should be stopped.

Outside village settlement boundary? Exit onto Woodbastwick Rd/Hall Road prone to flooding? Infrastructure unable to cope now - school, GP. No thought of wildlife being decimated for large executive homes out of reach of local families. Historic views should be protected (voted for in Village Plans. Blofield, Blofield Heath and Brundall have had to bear more than their fair share already of new developments. These villages are becoming mini towns and will join together - NO MORE BUILDING

This site, if developed to the density of similar sites, would overwhelm the village and generate large traffic volumes on an already inadequate local road network. Local school and health facilities are currently insufficient for local needs and this is before even current approved developments are completed.

If this was to be developed to the density of similar sites it would overwhelm the village and generate large traffic volumes on an already inadequate local road network. There is insufficient infrastructure in place with local schools full to capacity and GP surgeries planning to extend services to meet demands from developments already with permission to build. There is frequent flooding along Woodbastwick Rd and Hall Road, the fields are waterlogged and there limited footpaths thus endangering lives each day. Bus service is limited. the environments wildlife would be forced out of their habitat.

I note from your latest email that you are looking at land east of Woodbastwick Road at Blofield Heath for 38 homes. As this will have a huge impact on the village of Blofield Heath, doctors, schools and the residents of Orchard Close
