Development on this site would be extending the villages habitation boundary into open countryside and is therefore unacceptable. It would also put additional traffic on to the existing main road into and out of the village. Power and broadband facilities in the village are stretched and any further large scale housing would strain these to unacceptable levels for the existing villagers. There is also limited services available in terms of schooling and public transport.
