This site would place an additional traffic burden on the already overloaded Harvey Road near the school and Village Centre. Eastwards, the road is single track and westwards the road into the village is both narrow and very busy at certain times of day - additional traffic could lead to frustration and accidents at peak times. The road is used by walkers including children and horse riders so with no footway so more traffic would degrade an already dangerous situation. The visual impact would also be unacceptable.
