Our house would be surrounded by the proposed development of the field to build 10 houses. Our house is Grade 2 listed and dates back until the 17th Century.
Over the years we have improved and extended our property and all the while conforming to the stringent Grade 2 listing requirements, may I remind you the Grade 2 listing also includes the curtilage of the property including the garden area and we have constantly been told we need to maintain the original aesthetics of the property and its surroundings and have adhered accordingly, I assume that the proposed development would have the same stringent restrictions placed upon them?
The lanes surrounding the proposed site cannot cope with the traffic at the moment with erosion of the lanes, very poor drainage and no lighting so how would those issues be addressed?
