The infrastructure within Stoke Holy Cross cannot handle the size of this proposed development. Parishioners currently experience substantial traffic issues and with Poringland developments still to be completed, this will increase. There are problems with sewerage and water pressure. The local doctors surgery reports being full. In short this development is not sustainable in this location.
