We have already seen the many issues with development in Harvey Lane. Much of the Lane is single track and not suitable for construction vehicles as we are currently experiencing. Verges in Harvey Lane and Hall Lane have been destroyed surfaces covered in mud. Harvey Lane has residential properties, Primary and Nursery schools, Village Hall, children's play area, bowls club and football pitch, with very limited pavements and blind bends. It cannot cope with any more traffic, especially as it is well used on foot by locals, dog walker, hikers, horses and many children.
