I wholeheartedly object to this site for development.
As stated there is a risk of flooding here.
The newly expanded GP surgery will not to be able to cope. Recruitment of GP's is practically impossible.
In my opinion the recent development this is in addition to is a blot on the beautiful landscape, the home styles are not in keeping with a village setting (and certainly not affordable homes!!)
To carry on further up the hill would be an absolute eyesore as you drive up and out of the village, not to mention it is literally on the doorstep of two existing farm/homeowners.
