There is considerable residential development going on within Cringleford Parish at the moment - with hundreds of houses proposed on the extended Roundhouse estate. Building on this site would reduce and restrict access to the woodlands, wildlife, and open space for the families currently living, and soon to be living, in this area.
Access to this established and valuable woodlands (note, not redundant plantation) should be maintained for the local community to walk in, run in, and enjoy, and to preserve development boundaries.
I am disappointed that this application would even be considered.
