Development on this site would have a HUGE negative impact on the village in terms of size, population growth & traffic density.
There has already been a 33% increase in households in the village & the infrastructure cannot cope with any more.
There are already problems with water pressure, sewage & surface water run offs.
The local medical & education facilities say they cannot cope with any more development in the village.
Development on this site would have a very great negative impact on the attractive Tas Valley landscape & extend the village unacceptably far up the hill towards Poringland.
