This is one of the most practical sites for development. There are a variety of routes to the proposed site and currently the site is an eye-sore. Development would tidy up the site and there is space for a development of mixed value properties which would be very nice This site is close to more other modern development in the village and children would be able to walk to school via a route which was safer bearing in mind there are no roads with pavements for children to walk to school
