GNLP0523 - for a residential development of up to 10 dwellings.
I am very concerned by further residential development that would result in additional use of Taylors Lane, which is a private road in Old Catton. Taylors Lane is already in a poor state of repair and it is unreasonable to expect the residents of this road to personally fund additional maintenance costs arising from increased use from an adjacent new development.
If Taylors Lane were to be brought up to Highways Standard and adopted as a requirement of this proposal, I would not object to the residential development.
